We will explore Gas Dehydration, including the use of hydrate inhibitors and TEG units, to enhance system efficiency. The principles of Gas Sweetening will also be discussed, focusing on techniques to remove sour contaminants. We will delve into Oil Stabilization, covering methods for ensuring optimal oil quality and safety. Additionally, the course will address Vapor Pressure/TVP analysis through different methods and its importance for product handling. We’ll examine strategies for managing Air Emissions and the importance of environmental compliance. Gas Fractionation, including processes like Debutanizers, will be explored to better understand separation and product purity.
