This course covers the modelling basics of sulfur recovery units using ProMax. The procedure of modeling the reaction furnace, waste heat boiler, catalytic Claus converters and key sections of a tail-gas treating unit will be demonstrated, and the various ways to analyze such systems will be discussed.
